Be(at) Your Best Self

Hi Blog,

It's past 2am already and I am yet to sleep. I still have a lot of "hang ups" to unload.

Whenever I see mirrors, I tend to avoid them. I just can't stare at my body. :(
My tummy is so round and soft...my arms too jiggle and huge...and my face is so round and plump.
Yes, I am an advocate of good self-image and accept beauty in all shapes, sizes & color. But how can I accept something that I know I can improve...and beat the hell out of it. I've done it TWICE so I guess this will be my THIRD serious attempt on getting FIT.

I want to challenge myself...physically...mentally...and emotionally.

BUT HOW???

I guess I should take this journey one step at a time...Slowly but surely this time..

As a closing part of this entry, allow me to share what I think is my best SHAPE yet. I know I'm not super SKINNY but this is has got to be my best SELF yet. :)
